Bio

Dune was born on Feb 15th, 2008 - this was our first litter in nearly 20 years and we have high hopes for this boy and his littermates.

The sire, Monty, is an excellent conformation dog with a great temperament. Among other wins Monty was WD/BOW at the 2007 Sierrra Vista LRC Specialty under Joyce Brabban (Cambremer)and WD, BOW and BOB at the 2007 San Luis Obisbo KC HDLRC Supported Entry under Michael Silva (Shadowbrook)

The dam, Mesa, has proven to be of equal quality and has competed successfully acquiring her Canadian Championship as will as her Working Certificate and Junior Hunter title. Mesa is extremely intelligent and progressed quite rapidly in her field work - In her previous litter she produced a Search and Rescue dog (Ranger) who has demonstrated incredible talent at a very young age.

In 2008 Mesa finished her Am JH, was Reserve Winner's Bitch at LRCSC under David Hepper (Mardas) and won the Open Black Class at HDLRC Specialty under June Sasaki (Davaron)
